Our platform merges hardware and spare parts sales, equipment rentals, and a directory for moving and haulage services — all in one convenient and reliable space.

We simplify the entire process of sourcing, booking, and logistics coordination through a user-friendly online system designed for efficiency, affordability, and trust.

Our platform runs on a 2% service charge model, applied to every successful transaction. This minimal fee supports our operational costs, supplier verification, secure payment systems, instant notifications, and our unique rewards program, which benefits both customers and suppliers.

How It Works

  1. Customer Orders or Books a Service
    Users can browse available products or services, purchase spare parts, rent moving equipment, or book trusted haulage companies directly through our website.

  2. Instant Supplier Notification
    As soon as an order or booking is placed, the selected supplier or service provider receives an instant WhatsApp or email alert to begin processing the request without delay.

  3. Fulfillment and Delivery
    Suppliers prepare the order or service for fulfillment. Customers receive real-time updates, ensuring full transparency from start to finish.

  4. Secure Payment & Service Fee
    Payments are processed securely through our platform. Once completed, Relocate 24/7 collects a 2% service fee from the total transaction, and the supplier receives the remaining balance.

  5. Rewards Program
    Both customers and suppliers earn reward points for every transaction. These points can later be redeemed for discounts, premium listings, or other exclusive offers on the platform.

Shipping Policy

Shipping for products such as hardware, aggregates, and spare parts is managed directly through our verified suppliers. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, depending on item availability and location.

For international customers, we provide the option to use your preferred courier or freight company. You may simply enter your courier’s address in the shipping section at checkout, and the supplier will deliver your order to that address for export.

Please note: Building materials and heavy equipment are currently available only in Jamaica. Customers outside Jamaica must coordinate shipping through their selected courier or freight forwarder.

Return Policy

At Relocate 24/7, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our building materials and custom logistics services, returns are not accepted for building materials once they have been delivered or collected.

For other eligible products, customers may request a return within a specified timeframe if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. All return requests are handled directly through the supplier, following our platform’s secure and verified return process.
